Laura & Catalin | OwnersLoop Homes was founded on hard work, integrity, and a passion for creating spaces that feel like home.
Catalin (owner) was born and raised in Romania before coming to the United States to build a better life. His construction career started in 2011 in Chicago when he worked for a remodeling company. In 2017, after transforming a friend’s outdated home in Racine into a beautiful, modern home, Catalin realized his true calling. Encouraged by family and friends who were amazed by his attention to detail and craftsmanship, he became a licensed contractor and spent weekends working on home projects while balancing a full-time trucking job. In 2024, he made the leap—selling his truck to pursue his dream of running Loop Homes full-time. Laura is Catalin’s wife. She is Milwaukee native, and brings years of business experience to Loop Homes. She sold her own small business after 10 years to focus on supporting Catalin’s vision. As a licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin, she understands what makes a home valuable. She assists clients with design when needed. Laura also handles the marketing side of the business. |
